Shamballa Policy

All shamballa products may be returned for repair within 30 days of purchase, as long as you still have all the crystal beads.

Other Jewelry Policy

All jewelry items may be returned for repair within 10 days of purchase as long as you have all the pieces. Repair subject to repair fee if all pieces are not included.

Phone/ Tablet Case

Rhinestones may be repaired within 10 days of purchase on your blinged out phone or tablet.

 Apparel

We will accept return of unworn apparel within 5 days of receiving. Your return is subject to 15% restocking fee. You will receive store credit for your return. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!
